Cinnamon Monkey Bread

Ingredients
  • 2 small tubes refrigerator biscuits
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter
  • ½ cup pancake syrup
  • ⅓ cuppacked light brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray a bundt cake pan with non-stick spray.
  3. Combine the melted butter and syrup in a small bowl and set aside.
  4. In a different bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Place half of the syrup mixture in the bottom of the pan.
  6. Sprinkle half of the brown sugar mixture on top.
  7. Lay the biscuits on the bottom of the pan, overlapping edges (closely together) to form a ring.
  8. Top it with the remaining syrup and sugar mixtures.
  9. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Cool for 1 minute in the pan.
  11. Invert onto a serving platter!
  12. Pull apart and ENJOY!!
