This recipe makes fluffy delicious pancakes!
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp sugar (can be omitted and still produce a wonderfully delicious pancake)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Once well mixed set aside.
  3. Preheat your frying pan and spray with non-stick spray or a small amount of butter.
  4. Add your batter to the pan, and wait until the batter begins to bubble!
  5. Once this happens, it is time to flip!
  6. Each pancake will take about 3-4 minutes to cook.
  7. Add fruit and syrup.
  8. Devour the golden disks of perfection!
