This recipe for Red Hot Buffalo Wings is simple and finger licking good! They are a wee bit spicy and a whole lot of YUMMY, and not to mention PERFECT FOR GAME NIGHT!
This recipe only has 2 ingredients and cooks in less than 40 minutes! I guarantee you they won’t last that long on the plate! Ready to hear our secret?
Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce!
This recipe is a great a great option for a freezer meal. We typically buy our wings in bulk, so, once we get home we separate them into bags and make multiple meals. BEFORE we freeze them, we add a whole bottle of the Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce into each bag of naked wings, so that it marinades as it is freezing then a gain once it is thawing!
Once you are ready to cook then, simply put everything into a baking tray, place it into the oven at 350º and bake for 30 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Once the wings are cooked through, it’s time to remove the juices. Take the wings out of the oven and turn your oven to broil!
Remove the wings from the baking tray and discard the juices.
Transfer the wings back into the baking dish and place it back into the oven for 5-10 minutes. This will not only help to dry up the wings a tad but it will reduce some of the heat and over all spiciness on the wings!
What you are left with is perfection! The wings are moist and spicy and unbelievably delicious!
I serve mine with some fresh vegetables like carrots or celery and ranch dressing, however sour cream of Tzatziki are also wonderful with these wings.
That’s it! Perfect recipe for your next game night or BBQ! Who doesn’t LOVE wings!
