Alright everyone, let’s face it, we all get stuck in a rut about what to cook for dinner! This Red Wine Vinegar Salad Dressing recipe is by far, one of our favorites, used by many of my family and friends and is a regular in our house, especially in the summer months when fresh produce is available at the farmers markets! DELICIOUS!!!
This recipe was given to me from a colleague of mine (Thanks Brianna!) many years ago so I am unsure from where it originates. Let’s make the dressing (full recipe below)! Combine the red wine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, oregano and pepper and set aside.
This dressing is very universal and will work with any salad combination that you prefer. We love romaine lettuce and I typically buy the ready-to-eat cut salads that include red cabbage, radishes and carrots to the mix.
Add cucumbers, tomatoes, a bell pepper, feta cheese and soon you will be in salad heaven!
We paired ours with steak this time.
Oh my goodness! SO YUMMY!!!
